i am 18 this year. i think i am a girl who likes attention and i feel very 'bored' and left out when i'm in a big group and nobody is paying attention to me. the funny thing is, i don't like too much attention either and i don't like to be in the spotlight all the time because i don't like the idea of me being talk 'bout by people, especially people whom i am not very close to. it seems to me like i build my self-esteem and confidence on how much attention peope gives me. i am talking bout good attention here, not tha kinda unwanted attention. if i don' get enough attention, i feel like a loser, i am not attractive or something. it's like the youngest child syndrome. how can i deal with this?

2mths old baby goes to bed at 11pm +- (approximately) after feed. got up in between every 2 - 3 hrs, but no feeding. gave pacifier / changed her positons and she went back to zz. only feed 6 hrs later. is this called sleeping thru the nite?

My child's home school in Ontario Canada is now offereing French Immersion starting in Grade 1. While I would not have enrolled him in French immersion if it meant going across town, I a wondering about the pros and cons. Any experiences to help make a decision are welcome.

Well, it isn't really a "teacup" but it is much smaller than usual. The breeder said that he would be under 2 feet tall and only run about 40 lbs. The puppy is mostly fawn but he has a huge white patch on his chest! It looks soooooo cute!

Even though his size and colors are so rare, the breeder is willing to sell him to me for only $1400! What do you think? I couldn't find pictures of puppies like him anywhere! Should I buy him?

The other day, my aunt "suggested" that my husband and I should have a child soon because the longer you wait, the harder it is to concieve. We've been married for 4 years, and I'm 22. I've done my research and to my understanding, sometimes it becomes hard to conceive after you reach 30-35. I'm only 22! Not to mention, I have faith in God that he'll do things right for us, and we'll have kids when the time is right for us. Where do people come up with this stuff?

I'm not pregnant, but my friend Avery Jane's parents are. It's a boy, and they're considering the name Addison James.

Addison means "son of Adam" and I think it's really cute because Avery's dad's name is Adam.

The other name they were considering was Madison James. Madison means "Son of Maud" and it really fits since Avery's mom's name is Maud.

I've always hated the names Madison and Addison for girls because they sound of masculine, and the meaning of those names just says it all. I prefer Addison James and I think it goes really well with Avery Jane.

So, WDYT?

this was the first and only time i said things like this to her. i am a bi female. i apologized to her sincerely many times but she can't forgive me. we are broken up now. this conversation was over the internet. i had a problem with being hyperthroid, which causes irratibility, but i don't want to blame it on that. i put myself into psychotherapy. i was upset with her bc she didn't give me anything for my bday and bought her friend dinner for hers. also, i just left her a few days before and she didn't want to get together again for 2.5months so i was pretty upset.
have you ever gotten angry and said things like this? do you think these things are worthy of forgiveness?
"you have so many reasons but they're all BS excuses to me", "i really don't give a sh*t," " i just think your mind is utterly strange", "you are so full of cr*p" "I think i love you but that pisses me off so i'm going to stop"

When ever I hear a woman refer to her husband as her "hubby" it just drives me up the wall. I don't know why... I guess it just sounds too much like, "tubby." Therefore I imagine the womn's husband as some fat, drunken, red neck, white trash couch potato, sitting on the sofa, drinking bear, watching tv, and occasionally grunting.

I guess that would be ok if you really think nothing of your husband, but otherwise it's not very flattering.

It's just a silly, random pet peeve I have. Does this word, by chance, annoy the crap out of anyone else?

shelley is 2 years old.
he has always been a bit agressive
when he plays with me he always has his claws out and i end up getting scratched to pieces.
when my boyfriend does the same things most of the time he doesnt use his claws.

how do i make him stop playing with his claws out?? i tend not to play with him that much coz i know i will get hurt.

what should i do to stop this behaviour??

When i'm nervous or if i'm in a realy loud enviroment, i'll start grining my teeth..it's kinda annoying, but it's becoming serious.

don't just say 'stop doing that' because it's like, almost a reflex. It's fighting my first reaction to put my hands in my mouth and clamp down...hard(its a very hard habit to break, but it's worth it to keep my sanity)

I want to know what kind of dammage could happen to my teeth and jaw.
