Nope. You can try AdBlock for Firefox, but I doubt that would work against a Flash plug-in like that. You have to click the "II" (pause) button in the lower-right corner of the ad.

I don't see Manage Add-ons in mine. Different version of IE? I looked in the other tabbs and didn't see anything there either...
