this was the first and only time i said things like this to her. i am a bi female. i apologized to her sincerely many times but she can't forgive me. we are broken up now. this conversation was over the internet. i had a problem with being hyperthroid, which causes irratibility, but i don't want to blame it on that. i put myself into psychotherapy. i was upset with her bc she didn't give me anything for my bday and bought her friend dinner for hers. also, i just left her a few days before and she didn't want to get together again for 2.5months so i was pretty upset.
have you ever gotten angry and said things like this? do you think these things are worthy of forgiveness?
"you have so many reasons but they're all BS excuses to me", "i really don't give a sh*t," " i just think your mind is utterly strange", "you are so full of cr*p" "I think i love you but that pisses me off so i'm going to stop"

Not yet, but if you notice that there's already a pattern that when you're angry at someone and you can't stop yourself from saying mean things then that could lead to verbal abuse. We all get angry but that shouldn't give us any excuse to say mean things and say it directly to a person like "you are full of cr*p" or i think your mind is utterly strange. But then out of anger too our minds can be clouded by emotions that we dont sometimes know how to control what our emotions are dictating us to do. Easier said than done,dear and yes the words once uttered can never be taken back...

that's not verbal abuse, it's just feeling angry and saying things you might mean in the moment.
