okay so theres this guy i really like, but idk if he likes me back.
we talk alot, but im the one who has to message him first. we're both in the SEVENTHH GRADE, and everytime he sees me at school he waves and starts a conversation. once he took off my scarf (just to touch my neck) and he always tries to get my attention. once, he asked if i needed help with my homework. i said yes, and he asked if he could call me.
does he like me?

Hello, I am new to winamp. I am also being forced to use it. I thought I would just pop my itunes library backup in and copy the whole thing.(its on a seperate pc). When I did that it copied only 93 songs out of around 1500. There doesnt seem to be any pattern or simple solution that I can find, but I am not exactly expert when it comes to this sort of thing. Any help?thnx

I have an interview for a job as a recreational coordinator but really dont have much experience in it -- it says they want me to:

"create and coordinate recreational activities program based on resident interests. (it also says) This position requires planning, organizing and implementing a total activities program for an upscale senior community. Event planning expertise preferred"

Does anyone have experience in this. DO you have any ideas about recreational programs?? I have basic ideas like bowling, movies, museum but I need more in depth information on what they may be reffering to when they say they want me to plan organize and implement. Please those who work in this type of field help! I will give 10 point to the best answer. I really need a good in depth answer. I know what the word plan, organize and implement mean but if some of you work in the field how did you go about doing this???

I met a cool girl at work, not same feild same bldg, we seem to hit it off, then the I have a boyfreind, ugh, but he lives out of town. I just wanted to hang out with her platonically, or is that a sub-conscice ploy, anyway come to my gym I say, where's your gym she says. Then I text her my email for her to let me no when she wants to meet. 7-days goes by. Then She calls, but asks a business related Q. Before she hangs up I let her know that I am pissed that she didn't respond, not even a sorry, (explanation) just nothing. But she says don't take it personal. What say u, can men and women get along outside of a sexual relationship as freinds or not, I lean towards not.

I just had surgery on my lower back (double disc fusion) a couple weeks ago. I was told to make an appt. with a physical therapist to learn some exercises that I could do NOT for my back, but for the rest of my body -- that will not impact my back at all. The only PT that is covered by my insurance in the area where I live cannot see me until Jan 17th (I'm on a waiting list). I've had it with just walking back and forth slowly through my house. Anybody been through this or have any ideas? By the way, I'm not supposed to lift more than 5 pounds, and I am not yet allowed to bend or twist. I just want to know what I can do besides pace.
