my sister had 5 kids. first don't that you are going to have a natural childbirth no way too late for that. you have to be careful and the doctor may tell you the limit of c-sections you can have are 4 to 5. good luck and put your faith in god and your doctor.

The risks of getting a hysterectomy due to excessive bleeding, placenta abruption, placenta previa and a few other things go up significantly after 3 c-sections. Uterine rupture generally isn't an issue. I have one link below, but there are others in the medical journals as well.

This is a question I am going to ask my OB/GYN
at my (first) prenatal appointment next Friday.
I have three son's ages 9, 6, and 3. I had three big
(9 pound or more) babies and three c-sections. I remember
after the birth of my youngest son she said it was best for me not to have any more children. This pregnancy was not planned and I am very nervous something will happen before the due date.

the uterus could come apart at the old c-section scars, which can be lethal to both mother and child. Also, the fourth child will most likely have to be delivered c-section also and possibly before the due date to reduce stress on the uterus.
