yellow cake.... icing/frosting with crushed oreos sounds great although peppermint is a bit more festive.....
how about cupcakes or mini cakes with coolwhip and crushed peppermints also!!!

I like cool whip better than icing. The yellow cake with crushed oreos and chocolate drizzle sounds really good!

If I'm gonna have cake, I want the whole kit and kaboodle ...... so give me the icing. Cool whip is for jello. My preference is yellow cake, crushed oreos, and chocolate drizzle .........hey what kind of ice cream we having with it?

Home made icing. It's very simple to make and 100% better than anything you will find in a store. Also the oreo.

Try dusting with icing sugar, its less fattening.
