Alli in Spanish is "over there" in English
Entrar in Spanish is "to enter" in English
and subir is Spanish is "to go up" English

Here are some examples.

El/Ella esta por alli (He/She is over there.)

Usted puedes entrar la casa para decir ola a mi abuela. (You can enter the house and say hello to my grandmother.)

El elevador se va a subir al proximo piso. (The elevator is going up to the next floor.)

I hope this information helped. Buena Suerte (Good Luck)

allí = there, over there
entar? You probably mean entrar = to enter
or enterar= to bury
subir= to go up, rise.
