I've been Catholic my entire life, but I am deeply interested by the Wiccan/Pagan religion. I don't want to renounce being Catholic, but I really want to be Wiccan, too.

Catholicism is deeply based on the pagan beliefs. I myself have participated in many pagan rituals. You will probably feel a little weird but if you participate with an open mind you will enjoy yourself. You will find that there are many similarities between Catholicism and pagan rituals.
Enjoy; and keep and use your open mind.
One of the great things about life is making up your own mind. I read a lot of different answers that say you can't be both. I say why not. Believe what you want to believe and don't be held back by labels.

What you're looking for is called Christian Witchcraft. Catholicism is a very strict religious philosophy, with very little room for personal interpretation. Wicca is a specific Earth based faith. You can't be Wiccan and Catholic at the same time, and in fact observing any Wiccan practice is considered a sin in the eyes of the Catholic church. However, you can be a witch (as opposed to a Wiccan) and still believe in God and Christ. The primary difference between a Christian witch and any organized Christian faith is that the Christian witch believes in the natural flow of energy through the universe and the use of personal power to manipulate this energy, with the guidance of God's wisdom. You can even still go to a Catholic church as a Christian witch, but don't use the word witch, and explain to people that God works through you, if you explain anything at all. May you find what you seek, Landra

the Catholic church renounces Pagan beliefs as evil. I think it is possible to believe in Jesus and still be pagan - Jesus symbolizes the best part of every belief. If you are beginning to feel as if your Catholic path is not the only way for you, pick up some books and start reading about other things. I have a friend who is definitely NOT Catholic, but still appreciates the ritual and custom and beauty of the services, so he still goes once in a while. He is respectful of the faith while he is there, and does not take communion, then goes on with his own beliefs when he leaves. Find your own path, your own way, and the belief system that makes you feel 'at home'. And dont let anyone else tell you otherwise!

Wicca is one thing...you sound like you are probably interested in Stregeria.
http://www.sacred-texts.com/pag/err/err03.htm
http://www.stregheria.com/Catholicism.htm
I have talked with a woman online (a close friend of mine is friends with her) who is, from what I remember, Catholic and practices magic, which I believe is considered Stregaria.
I am NOT an expert on this, I know very little.
But if you would like to email me or message me, I can direct you to a few people who might be able to answer some questions for you.
Now, remember, that if you were to ask a Christian or a Catholic specifically, they would likely be "bound" to tell you that any form of Witchcraft is demonic. So, you likely wouldn't find support there.
If you are interested in the Goddess/God aspect of Wicca, the only way you would reconcile that with The Church is by looking to Mary as Goddess, the problem with that is, though many Christians would say that they already do, my experience with Catholicism is that your Catholic peers would likely be pretty ticked off if you took your veneration of Mary to that level.
Plus, I'm still not sure that would qualify as Wicca per se. However, I don't see why you could not start to honor a feminine side of God in your day to day life, and also I don't see why you couldn't meditate and begin to understand the elements.
As you learn more, you will be able to figure out for yourself if Wicca is reconcilable with your Catholic beliefs and also what it is you are looking for spiritually.
If you are uncomfortable messaging me this is the site I frequent:

If you register, I'm Calliope.
best wishes...

Catholic Wicca

Personally, I would say no. There are too many conflicts between the two. The biggest one that I see is the Christian belief to have no other gods before your God, and in Wicca the God and Goddess are revered equally.

(Most of) Christianity also follows the idea that it is the only one true way; that anything else is of the Devil. So you would also have to somehow reconcile being Christian and also following something that most other Christians would consider ungodly.

That isn't to say that there aren't people who identify as Christian and Wiccan. As a Catholic, you hold Mary in high esteem (right? I'm not too familiar with Catholicism). So you technically probably could use Mary to represent the Goddess and God the...well, God. But like I stated above, you get into the conundrum of placing the Goddess figure before or even along side of your God.

SORRY, but dat is not possible. there are many different reasons, but mostly because most christians regard any sort of withcraft/magic as work of the devil. if you are catholic i would expect you to know and believe this. if you dont, then other reasons include worshiping false Gods; the pagan/wiccan 'religions' worship other and multiple Gods. So no, its not possible to be both. Also note that being interested in and following a religion are to comepltly seperate things. You can still be interested in it but you cannot follow both. Choose which one is best suited to you but remember that just because a religion is interesting doesnt mean it is good to follow or even plausable.

hope this helps xxx

Catholics will tell you no, Born-again Christians will tell you no. Wiccans will tell you no, Pagans will tell you no. I'm of the mindset, that you should pray a lot about this issue and see what things God has to say to you. Good luck.

This article will tell you why combining the two is pretty much impossible.

http://wicca.timerift.net/christianwicca.shtml

The way that Wiccans and Christians view the world are quite different, not just in terms of the nature of the Divine, but also regarding the question of original sin (doesn't exist in Wicca) and how the Divine intersects with the world (Christianity tends to view the world as fallen, Wiccans view the world as inherently sacred and full of Divine presence).

I'm afraid you're going to have to choose. Bastardizing either religion to suit your personal convenience would be profoundly disrespectful and ultimately pointless.
