I need more energy to work out more. I need to get fit. I weigh 128 and I'm 5"4. I'm mostly muscle, and very little fat. But I think I'm fat and I want to loose weight.

I'm trying to get into natural look with my makeup. At this moment, i wear eyeliner and mascara. I would like to go to a look of only a bit of mascara and lipgloss. However i think my eyes look weird with just mascara. And helpful hints or tips? =)

The Golden Rule is at the very least a good starting model for your life, but does it also exhibit some flaws? All people are different. Not everyone wants to be treated like another person. You may want someone to give you a horse, but someone else may think getting a horse is actualy bad (they don't want one and they'll have to maintain one). So they don't want you to do to them what you want someone to do to you. So perhaps a better guideline/rule would be to not think what someone else wants (based on yours), but to actualy attain the knowledge of what they want from them, and go from there.

Of course i guess you could also say that the Golden Rule shouldn't be applied to everything (like the horse example) but applied to everyone wants what they want, so do what they want. So it is applied in a vague way rather than a specific way, which makes the statement somewhat confusing.

My period ended Friday (after lasting 6 days). All of a sudden I got another period last night (monday). What is going on with me? I have been on the same birthcontrol for over a year with periods always on time, and NEVER have had 2 periods in a row. I always had trouble with them being spaced too far apart before I got on BC. Can anyone give me advice? I am so upset because I leave for vacation tomorrow and will be wearing a swimsuit all the time. This is just so upsetting :(

Tesco especially do awful sandwiches.

We are making homemade pita bread for friends, for holiday gifts and I plan on putting it in (wrapped in foil) in nice baskets w/ ribbon, etc.
But... what else should I put in the basket to go with it?
PREFERABLY ORGANIC.

My boyfriend of 5 months just revealed to me last night that he was in a relationship when we met and started dating, and he continued to see this person. he said that he felt really guilty and wanted me to know. God had already revealed this to me in a dream, so I really wasn't very surprised. but the strange thing about it is that for some strange reason, I am not angry about it, almost like I dont even care, but of course I dont want him to know this. I do however like him alot, I am just not in love with him. so how do you explain this?? shouldn't I be devastated and crying my eyes out right now ?
