Good for you for going natural! =)
You can still look natural with eyeliner, you just need to keep the rest of your look simpler if you focus on your eyes.
You can go 2 ways:
Using eyeliner AND mascara -
Draw a thin line of purple eyeliner on the bottom of your eyes (I use L'Oreal eyeshadow in Midnight Blue) and swipe on some mascara, but instead of lip gloss, use tinted lip balm.
Using just mascara -
Swipe on mascara, then apply a creamy rose cream blush on your apples and lipgloss.
My favorite natural makeup look is:
Tinted moisturizer (only because it has sunscreen), clear mascara, sheer reddish cream blush, and Burt's Bees lip balm.
I have naturally tan skin and med. brown eyes, but this will work for you, too. =)

If your going for the natural look you might want to choose a foundation that's right for your skin.Choose a mascara and eye liner, with the eye liner make a careful line on the top of your eye lid. After that you would want to smudge the eye liner, this will give the natural effect. With that you'll need a right color eye-shadow, I would go with a goldish/brown , something close to your skin tone. You will also need to choose the right blush, like a light rose pink on your cheek bones, but be sure you don't put too much. For your lips I would choose a pink lipstick,I'd add a clear shimmering lipgloss too,get a napkin and pat it against your lips this will make your lips look natural and not tacky!Be sure you wash your face before you put on the foundation this ensures an even look all over. When your done with that you can apply the makeup. I hope my tips helped you on making your makeup look natural. Good Luck!;)

Try using a different color of eyeliner like a brown or a color that will help pop your eye color like a nice purple. The brown isn't as strong as black,so just put some on not to heavy though and smudge it near your lash line it's more sutle.Or with the purple it still will give you the look you want while being natural but bringing color to your face to brighten it up.I also would suggest a little bit of bronzer or blush to bring color to your face and give you a healthy glow :)

Try using a little darker mascara and a light eye shadow. as you get used to the look, you can also lighten the mascara if you prefer. You are just not used to the new look yet.

Find an eyeshadow that is very similar to year skin-tone and apply it allover the lid. If the eyeshadow is similar to your tone then it will appear natural but still add a soft of color. Natural doesn't necessarily mean less makeup. Gwen Stefani has the natural look but she has tons of makeup on to achieve it. Adding a beige shade of eyeshadow will help but still look soft.

You may want to use a brown eyeliner to make it look more natural. I am sorry I don't know your complexion but brown usually goes with most complexions.

attempt using mane and tail. it helps nourish, develop, and soften. or cinderella hair. that's continually good. and visit salons and ask approximately something organic for shine and moisture. all this could be somewhat better than elementary issues yet mane and tail works the main suitable in the top.
