If you think Congress should hault working on bills that the President threatens to veto, do you think that eliminates our system of balance?

If you think Congress should continue to present bills to the President that he threatens to veto, what purpose would it serve?

Also, should the President compromise with Congress, or Congress compromise with the President?

This is strange: I left my husband b/c I saw him as emotionally abusive. He tried for custody of our newborn son. I got an eval. which said I had characteristics of bipolar. My husband says I've always been the abusive one and we will stay separated until I'm treated. He believes the abuse was all me and he was just reacting. I don't think I'm bipolar b/c I don't think I've experienced mania...the result on axis I of the MMPI said bipolar-moderate, but the report only said "characteristics of". Is it possible I was manic without ever knowing? Can you have a manic episode and not know? Any advice will help, and please don't be mean...I've been through enough.

I got an accident where a drunk driver hit me on my rear left when he dash across a red light at a cross juntion. I suffer a neck injury. A guy from a garage came to the accident scene after 10 to 15 mins and offer to help me claim the insurence and repair my car. Due to the shock, I agreed to him and let him tow my car. I was ammitted to hospital after that. When I was discharge, I went to the garage to sign some documents for my insurence claim on the other party.

Now, for me to change garage to someone i'm more familiar with, What should I do?

My ex signed over his parental rights when my daughter was 2 and my husband adopted her. He has another daughter with a different woman (He and I were living together- he cheated on me- got this other girl pregnant which caused the breakup. The two daughters are only a few months apart). Even though he and I were no longer together and the other mother was not with him, she and I have done our best to form a friendship and remain in each others lives so our daughters could know each other. We don't discuss him in front of the kids or anything. We just get them together sometimes to play.
The adoption papers from when he signed over his rights to my daughter state no direct or indirect contact until she is 18 years of age- that goes for both sides.
He wanted to sign rights to his other daughter over as well, but the mother needs his child support to get by so it didn't happen.

A while a go I told a girl that i really liked her but sadly she said she didn't feel the same way about me. Who could blame her? Now she won't speak to me unless she really needs to, see won't even look at me. I don't care anymore whether she won't go out with me or not cause all i want is for us to be friends.
