First of all.........How did you contract this STD? Did you have it before you guys became sexually active with each other and if so you will have to explain WHY YOU DID NOT TELL HER and why you infected her with an STD! If you did not know you had it then apologize and tell her that you two will get through this together. Did you cheat on her and contract this? Well, if you did then I seriously doubt she will stand by you. That is 2 huge strikes against you. Infidelity and giving her an STD from the other chic. Ewww, I would kill ya! LOL!
One way or another you are going to have to tell her. That is the ONLY respectable and responsible thing to do. Good luck. Be careful from now on!

Be honest. Do you really want something like this to affect her the rest of her life? Some STDs can cause life long effects if not treated. If you really love her you would not take that risk with her life, although you have no right to do so in the first place. There is no easy way to tell a person that you may have infected them with an STD, with any luck she did not contract it, if you were taking precautions. But regardless, you need to inform her of the risk.

Sit her down, and just explain to her how you didn't want this to happen but it did, and you're sorry, and then tell her that she should get tested and if she has it too, you both could get the treatment. Don't think of it as a road block either, just a speed bump.

I hope it isn't anything serious. You know, in some states it is against the law to have sex with someone when you know that you've got a disease you could pass on to your partner. Plan on her being furious. Whatever you do, don't chicken out. Better now than later when it could be too late to get treatment!

She will probably leave you, but if you have any ethics (which I don't think you do because it sounds like you cheated on her) you need to tell her right away. They also could be legal problems that you might face as well especially if you knew that you had an STD before you had sex with her. People have done time in prison for doing that.

u just have to be honest and tell ber. preferably before u decide to have sex with her and just the two of u. she might freak out and be mad at u for a while. u can get treatment together but she may choose to do so on her own.

If you have any respect for her at all you will just blurt it out and ensre that you both go for treatment if you think she should or not.
I am angry that you knew about it and didn't even have the common courtesy to protect her from catching whatever it is you have
You weasel

HOLY HELL! Did you get this while poking around another bush? If so you need to tell her how that came along. But, if you care for her, she needs to know you gave her a gift that keeps on giving and go get tested. Getting rid of whatever the hell you gave her would be the important factor in all this, I would think!!!

Simply sit her down and tell her that you both need to go seek treatment for STDs.
