It depends. If, as your question probably implies, you're talking about the size of a man's penis, what I understand, for most women, the length is not all that important (despite what men think) what is most important to women is the thickness.
So, with respect to thickness, size does matter. At least for women.

That depends on the size of what you are referring to. If you are referring to the size of a guy's bank account, then it does seem to matter. If you are referring to the size of a man's penis the answer is "it depends on who you ask and it depends on whether or not he knows how to be a good lover". A large "manhood" doesn't guarantee that the guy will be a good lover.

well, to most id say that yes size matters. I dont have the lack therof of size problem so its never mattered to me. Not bragging, just speaking factual evidence.....lol

Nobody complained me about this yet - I have got a decent size - but i believe the invlovement of both which is prime& essential.
