my husband is going through the police academy now and i'm looking for some new healthy dinners to prepare for him...i'm tired of making the same old thing every week...whatever you suggest please make it simple because i am not the best cook...lol...maybe some hungarian dishes...your help is much needed...thanks a lot...

Stuffed Peppers Recipe: 4 bell peppers, 1 lb. hamburger, 1 small can spaghetti sauce, 1.5 C rice. Boil the peppers first, then heat the oven to 350, mix the browned hamburger, rice and spaghetti sauce together, put the mixture into the peppers and then cook. Cook for about 15 minutes.

I always use a crock pot or bake in the oven when I want a healthy meal.Just try to stay away from fried foods and heavy gravy dishes.
