I cut my hair into shorter layers than I would have liked to try and rid myself of my bad split end problems from a bad highlighting job last year. I have cut off at least 3 inches and my layers are short and I can't stand it. Despite this I still have some split ends. Despite shaving my head, what can I do?

i have 5.5 years left on my 7/1 arm. My rate is 6.0%. How will i know when it's a good time to refianance to a 30 year fixed. I should do that before my 7/1 comes due beacuse i believe the rates will ultimately rise higher. Can someone give me advise and their predictions. when should i refienance?

i take the pill and its suppose to reduce cramps breaking out (acne) and fewer days of being on your period well i go to planned parent hood b.c im only 17 and its not working for me im still breaking out right before i start and im still cramping and im on my 6th day still.. are there better brands i should use?? or is it different for other people

So, i need glasses,
but i dont like wearing them.. i feel really unconfortable wearing them, and no matter what people say, I AM NOT WEARING THEM... But in class, i cant see the board and stuff... and i dont like sitting at the front, anyone got any idea's?

Senator Larry Craig(R.Idahomo) has decide NOT to leave the Senate because,as he claims, he is innocent.

Maybe he is. I doubt it, but let's say he is.

I remeber a LOT of Republicans bragging about how intolerant they are, and they really wanted him out just because, he is, fact, probably gay.

He spent years preaching against and legislating against gays, using them, quite sociopathically I might add, as a political scapegoat. He may not have been genuinely honest with his constituency the way gay Democrats have been BUT

Isnt Craig in fact an asset to the GOP if he uses sexuality as a wedge issue? Because he "never did anything wrong"(wink)?

Arent wedge issues the thing with Republicans who know full well by their policies, 5-digit salary earners have no business voting for their pro big-business candidates? Hence the financial divide we have today?

I have a friend that hasn't filed taxes in like three years...She says she really hasnt worked but here and there. but regardless I would think they're are penalties for that..even if the government would initially owe you money you're actually giving it right back to them...right? I'm going to write an articule in school about police using the Tasers the way that they do. 240 people have died since the police force have gotten there tasers. Is there really a reason for this? The taser is supost to be an alternitive to guns and or pepper spray but I feel that this isn't the case. It's used as a weapon to instill fear in people. I'm pretty sure everyone has gotten them selves shocked at one point in there life. So we all know what it feels like. But imagine what it would be to have 50000 volts of eltricity going through your veins, to have you bodie give on you and not be able to move. Everyone has an intsinive fear of electrcution and the police are playing on that. These tazers are not used to make the world a better place they are used to force us into submission. Just the other day a friend of mine was telling me about a special ed girl that got Tazerd becasue she was getting "voilent". There are other means to get the girl to settle down.

I have a 5 year ARM loan on my home that is set to adjust in 2010. I can't seem to get a straight answer from my lender as to what they think the rate will be in 2010. As of this moment, my husband and I can't refinance as the estimated value of our home is a little less than what we owe. I had one company send me some stuff in the mail and one lady told me that ARM loans will adjust to 10%!!!! I always thought that the interest rate for an ARM loan was the same as the prime rate at the time. I also thought there was a cap as to how many times they could adjust in a year. Does anyone know for sure????? Going from 5% (which is what we have now) to 10% just seems a little drastic to me!!!
