- I don't have any credit but am holding a full time job how can I apply for a credit card and get excepted.

My wife and I would love to sponsor a third world child and send money to help support them. The only problem is that we do not trust a lot of the organisations not to take a slice of the money in their "administration" fees. Does anyone sponsor a child and which is the best, most honest charity organisation to give to where we know the money we are giving is going straight to where it is needed.

Wow, I've seen some good questions posed lately, but instead of talking like intelligent adults, people just start throwing out racial slurs, insulting whatever race isn't their own, etc.? Why is it so difficult to just talk rationally? Seriously, I don't get it?

My girlfriend and I are going through a big problem in our relationship. I work for a fire department and work 24 hour shifts at a time. I work a female coworker and work together on a regular basis. My girlfriend is unfortable with us working together. It is strictly business with my work partner. I have tried to get my schedule changed but I can't get one. I have no idea what to do. I love my girlfriend and don' t want to loose her. Ladies I need her help on this one.

For all of you who don't know why I say I am 9 and a half months pregnant and think thats weird. Yes when woman are pregnant its not really 9 months. it's 40 weeks which equals 10 months. At month 10 you hit your due date and could possibly go over. Your due date is just an approx date by your last menstrual period. Even though when you conceived it's 2 weeks after your due date(most of the time) they count it back to YOUR LAST PERIOD. So YES. I am 9 1/2 months pregnant = 38 weeks. Aye... can ya tell i'm irritated! No more stupid comments! If you can't answer questions having some knowledge about it, dont answer them!

Well we decided to get engaged, and are in the process of picking rings. He just wants a simple band, doesnt matter whether its silver or gold. What i would like is to get a band that will last a very long time. He works with his hands, hes a mechanic, works on a crewboat and he also does roofing and construction. I just dont want to get a band that will get all scratched up or break in half after a year lol so does anyone have personal expirences or any tips they can give me?

Hi. We have a Sanyo TV we have had about a year now I guess. We just moved into a new apartment a little over a week ago, and when we went to hook up the TV to the cable, the little deal you screw the cable onto broke out of the TV. Now we are sitting around watching DVDs (which is connected through RCA cables) over and over again. I was wondering if there is a way to hook up some bunny ears or something to the TV through RCA cables so we can at least get one or two channels (or at least the local news channel). Anything to watch other than DVDs!!!!! Thanks in advance!

looking at the dell xps 1330 and wondering if there is a significant difference between the core2duo 2mb/1.8ghz/800FSB processor and the core2duo 4mb/2.0ghz/800FSB processor as to jump up in processor is an extra $200. Also the xps comes standard with the uxga ultrasharp screen but you can upgrade for $150 more to the LED screen. the webcam goes down from 2.0mp to 0.3mp but it is supposed to be much lighter and more power efficient. any thoughts.....

i have step children who hate me and I don't understand why. I know their mother is jealous of my life style and the only thing that makes since is that she is turning them against me. She had a long term affair while married to my husband and became pregnant by the other man and wanted to have the baby...this is why they are divorced....The kids are just so rude to me that I want to run and hide when they are here...i don't though and try to treat them as I would any family member in our home, I just need to understand their dislike and was hoping I could get some input.
