For those of you that have this in your past what has helped or what helps you live in this world despite such a painful past? I often feel I am just existing, not really living. There are some memories that I am afraid to explore. I have been in therapy, on meds and I journal. I used to exercise but I am to depressed to do so now. The thought of going back to therapy or groups utterly exhausts me. I feel burned out of therapy.
Therapy just frustrates me. I just want to roll my eyes and throw up my hands when a therapist says that the abuse is not my fault. I get that. It doesn't help hearing that. There just has to be something else besides therapy to help me heal! Let me know what works for you. Thanks.

Then this moring, I am having more stringy mucus that is just very lightly tented with a small amount of pink blood every once and a while (this has actually been happening all night) Am I lossing more mucus plug? could it be something else. I never had a yeast infection before so I have no idea what that would look like. If it is more mucus plug, what do you think the chances are that my labor will start soon this time. I am 38 weeks, 4 days and last time I was checked, 3 centimeters dilated and nearly 100 percent effaced.

My parents say if i do not study engieering or join the indian army or be a doctor they will disown me and send me back to my country which is ........india.
I mean what the hell?? Is it there life or mine. I wanna do business and be a physicist but nooo u must be engineer like our ancestors. What the f""""
Who shud i contact about this as they r pretty violent ppl.
Plz dont suggest engineer and doctors are good professions as i have made up my own mind.

I heard that if you get heartburn 5 times a week is bad, but what if you your heartburn is about 40+ a week....i take prilosec and it works but when im not on the med my heartburn is like every 3 min. do i have acid reflux or is my condition worse than acid reflux...Im only 19 and been like this for almost a decade.

My son just started kindergarden last week and was fine for the 1st 2 days but now is having meltdowns every morning in front of all the other kids, parents and his teacher. Thank goodness he has a very good teacher who is working thru this with him but it definaly makes for a very difficult morning. She says he's fine once I leave but not only is it frustrating, but its emotionally really hard on my son and I both. Its definatly an adjust,ent because in preschool he went 2 days a week and only to 12:30-he now goes all week to 2:00pm whcih is like an eternity. Any suggestions on how to get him to calm down in the morning and not be so upset??

Shes my best friend, i love her more then anything but, my mom is having a baby soon. One, my cat hates babies and attacks them. Two, she is REALLY furry and i would have to keep her in my room all the time so she doesnt get fur all over the house and the baby chokes on it. So should i keep her in my room all the time, or should i give her away? How would I find a place to give her where i know she would be taken care of? I have no friends to give her too, i just moved across the country.

I haven't had lessons from end of 05 - had a crash while was in private practice and 12 days before my actual driving test, failed twice miserably and left it there.

but now I want to tackle this damn thing and get it over and done with.
I'll do anything to pass my driving test and basically I want some advise or manuals / publications etc which can make me pass.

while ur still reading I am also trying to combine my professional tuition with private practice do you think it is a good idea.

My husband and I are moving from Chicago to Baltimore in the next few months. I plan to live in a suburb in between Baltimore city and Washington DC. I have a 4 year old and need to be near a good school system,and safe(r) area as well. Any advice would be appreciated.
