Being hearing-impaired, I was removed from the Service-Road Mechanic position due to the fact that ''Jimmy is better than me.'' Jimmy has no disability. Also Jimmy climbed up the ladder faster than anyone at the shop. Is this favoritism?

Only the printed part goes through. I just forwared a greeting to someone and they answered back " NO PICTURE".
We are two older folks, not computer smart, but feel it has something to do with recent instalation of firewall, or whatever Comcast provides. Houston recently switched to Comcast from Time Warner with Dallas. I have tried to provide as much info as I can, so someone may throw some light on this, and I can send my friends these beautiful & outstanding emails.
Thank you for any step by step help you can provide or experienced information you may have. Thanks so much.

Ok. I am a 21 year old girl. I'm not pregnant for sure!!!!
I have been nauceous almost every morning for 8 months now and I have been throwing up after a real big meal that I eat for the last month. I'm always dizzy and with fatigue. I feel really weak all the time. What could be going on??

I always tip about 20%. But the only thing I don't get is this. Say I order a 10 oz Ribeye, and my wife orders the same. We both get water to drink. So, the total bill is say...$29.00. I would usually tip $5 (17%).We come back the next week, and order 16 oz Ribeyes, and we get tea to drink this time. So now the bill is $40.00. It shouldn't take any more effort to pour tea instead of water, or bring out a different cut of steak should it? The service is exactly the same, but now 17% of $40 is $7! Unless the service was just mindblowing, I'd probably still give $5. Am I wrong for that? I just don't understand why I should pay 2-3 dollars more of a tip for basically the exact same food, and the exact same service just because i chose to get a better quality steak. But, if I go out to eat by myself for lunch, and get something thats like $7.99 plus a water...which means the total bill will be $8.70, I'll still give $2-3 tip. That is a 25-35% tip. What do you think about it?

It must have been from the 80s or 90s. I guess it was science fiction/comedy. It was a kid movie, about a boy who meets with two aliens. Its a brother and sister and the kid thinks they are adults. I don't remember much about the movie but in the end the brother and sister get busted by their parent, who is way bigger than them, for 'steeling the car'. Theres one point where the brother says 'its the stuff that dreasm are made out of'. The aliens watch a lot of TV and they say TV and movie quotes all the time. I think the main character has a crush on a girl at school. Thats really all I can remember.

Well my wife and I have six children and all are boys. Aged 11,9,7,(twins)4, 6 months. We are from South Africa, a sport mad nation and we also have a sports mad house. My wife and I have a really open relationship with them and stuff and they always tell us their problems and worries. The problem is that the three older boys Daryll, Stephen and Brent always want to play rugby, hockey, cricket and football. We know that sometimes they concentrate to much on sports and not so much studies and we want them to keep their grades up as well as their sports ability. They are really well behaved kids and they never really gotten into trouble but we know they can do better in school if they concentrate a little more. So my wife and I told them that they will only get to play sports if they do well in school. Is this to harsh or something or are we doing a good thing? If we know give them sporting time will their studies go down hill again? Is this what u would do?

Why should the quality of life for the same work be higher in the USA than in Mexico? And given that it will be, why is it fair to tell people that they just can't have that because they were born in Mexico? Is it right that someone on welfare in America can afford more luxuries than a hard-worker in Mexico? If someone from Mexico is willing to leave his life behind and work hard in America for low pay, should he have the chance, instead of being forced to choose between immigrating illegally, and staying home and living in poverty?
