'mi-ryun' (미련) in that statement refers to being 'regretful, unwilling to resign, having lingering regrets, or foolish;'
'ga-seum' (가슴) refers to 'heart' here,
so 'Miryunhan gaseumah!' (미련한 가슴아!) means something like -
'Oh, regretful heart!'
Your romanization of those Korean words is pretty good.
p.s. Did you get that line from a song? One of my favorite songs is, '사랑아' (sarangah,) by The One & most of the words in the line you have given are in the song. It was the ost for the Korean drama '내 남자의 여자' (My Man's Woman.)
Plus, I gave love2travel a thumbs up bc I think a Korean-English dictionary would be a helpful tool for you when learning Korean.
anyway, gl! [;

Isn't it 'mi ryun han sa ram ah'?
ë¯¸ë ¨í ì¬ëì?
That means foolish man, something like that.
BTW, Where did you get it?
I think you missed some or it depends on the situation. :)

ë¯¸ë ¨: regretful/regret
ê°ì´: can be chest, or heart. in this case, it would be heart.
ë¯¸ë ¨íê°ì´ì
that's the full korean.
han: í = in the state of being; is
ah: ì = sort of like an attachment after saying a name of something/someone. I'm pretty sure there are better explanations to "ah", but I can't think of any, sorry.
so direct translation would be
regret is heart.
but change around the grammar and its like saying, " my regretful heart!"
i hope that helped. :D

as a native korean, let me tell you the most exact and straight answer.
i'm sorry that none of these people here is explaining the real meaning behind the line.
ë¯¸ë ¨ means regretful,foolish,be unwilling to..something like that.
In this case, ë¯¸ë ¨ means foolish and ê°ì´ means heart.
so "my foolish heart"
then why is it foolish?
that's because when someone you were in love with has left you and you want so much to forget about him or her,
only your heart keeps missing and thinking about him or her, refusing to listen to your mind or yourself.
hope you understand what I mean.
