I went to a mental hopital along with some of my relatives, not knowing that it was a mental hospital. there i was virtually kidnapped and locked up for no reason in a dungeon like place they called the high risk ward. i wasn't given any reason for my detention, there was no documentry evidence to prove that I was abnormal. I'm well aware that under the mental health amendment act of 1987 there is no provision of punish ment against a doctor for unnecessary detention. but can I appealm to the Indian medical association or some other body for the same? Can I sue the hospital for compensation? I was admitted under a fake name. Will this affect my case in any way? Can I sue my relative also? And if so what shoyuld be my first step? should i lodge an FIR first. And how is unnecessary detention proved in court? If any lawyer is reading this, please help.

Woke up this morning to a loud noise my son got out of his crib. Not exactly sure how he did it, he isnt that tall the crib hits him high chest. There wasnt anything that he used to stand on. I am just really worried now that he will fall out and hurt himself. Do i switch him to a toddler bed or is there anything else i can do? Thanks

What are the advantages of writing in first person versus third person? What about the disadvantages? When is thrid person better? When is first person better?

Don't worry- this isn't a school assignment. I have a story in my head but I can't decide whether to make it third person or first person. If it makes any difference, it's a love story. And don't criticize me for that. lol

been married three months.......I'll take any ideas on meals to make,, things to do,,, we have four grandkids they are visiting (three theirs one is mine but they are great enough to include her))... I know I am for many reasons....first Heidi is taking Spencer home to meet her parents and they want to know why LC and Heidi aren't friends anymore. It looks like they may just have a little problem with loser boy Spencer...LOL Another reason is how LC ruled the the teen choice awards last night. It just goes to show there is a lot more team Lauren than there are team Heidi out there...

And another reason is I'll be in the comfort of my own home with all my bff's as opposed to intensive care and so out of it I've had to wach the last 3 weeks shows over and over to get what's going on. Cancer's a ***** and has turned my world upside down most of my life...but I really hate it when it messes with my "Hills" viewing parties we have every Monday nite...

Any "Hills" fans out here this morning and are you looking forward to the show tonight? One more question...Laguna Beach or Newport Harbor?

I set it to about 80 last night, and then i went to check on the tank and my tank was 85! Someone I know has a heater that turns on for a certin temperture and then when that temp. is reached, it shuts off. Should I consider that type of heater? Because mine never shuts off unless I put it at a really low temp.

My BF was a very hot headed person, but has calm down TON. I wasn’t in the picture when he was headed. But now he feels that ppl are trying to test him. (Pride issue). He calls me to vent about things but I don't know what to say. I try to tell him to be the bigger man, but since his brother is a well know artist and he is also an artist. He feels that he must defend everything. IE: We where at the club the other nite and some guy just came up and threw money at him. That’s very disrespectful in his eyes. I was able to clam him down but is there anything I really can say are do. He has valid reasons to be upset but not to fight. I want him to know that I will be there for him no matter what, but I don't want him to get in trouble over some crazy stuff. Any tips on what and how to say things to him when he is upset. And so that his pride is being affected.
