i recommend this. i purchased it and there are lots of non yogurt recipes. some call for the refrigerated kind, not frozen

3 cups frozen fruit that you like
milk
ice cubes
if you like bananas then thats also really good too and after you put it in the mixer its really good with pretzels and its healthy too!
