i dont have a clue but i work out regular and i dont want to deprive myself if i dont have to. I know i burn fat but i dont eat much fat either

It depends on your weight, activity level and age. I'd say around 1500 calories a day for you!

as a general rule 20-30% of your calorie total should come from fat. So if you are eating 2800 calories a day 700 (25% average) should be from fat. 700 /9 = about 77 grams of fat.

I aim for 25% and sometimes I'm 20 and sometimes 30.

40-50 grams a day for a typical male (16-26% body fat) is a 'ballpark' range to go on. This varies slightly depending on which website you go to, which nutritionist you talk to, personal experience, etc. Based on a 1800-2200 calorie daily intake.

If you are 15% and under (body fat) you can have under and up to 75 grams per day of 'fat'. Based on a 2400-2700 calorie daily intake.

male or female no less than 20% of the daily cals should be derived from fats. diets too low in fat cause testosterone production to decrease which means a decrease in the resting metabolic rate and eventually muscle mass.

I think it's no more than 30 grams.
