thru no fault of my own i had a hot check out and was arrested.i paid the ck and got out on bond the same day.

How did you have a hot check and not be responsible for it?

As for collecting, you'd have to check with unemployment.

Depends on your States Employment Bureau. My State makes you wait 8 weeks after being fired. How did a Hot check happen that was not your fault?

if you are fired you can collect unemployment.
