When is the last time you had your period? If still hurt right after don't worry still the symptoms of your period, sometimes will hurt for 2 weeks before your period starts and 2 weeks after your period ends. Sometimes depends of how sensitive is your body, but is continues you need to contact your Dr.

Don't worry about it doll. This is just your body getting ready for your period. I have the same thing happen to me every month. It sucks. A lot. Plus, since you're so young. Your breasts might not be done growing yet. Pain of the breast can always be due to growing. Also my boobs itch a lot when I get closer to my period...it's strange but true. If you are in extreme discomfort though you should ask your mom to make a doctors appointment for you. In the meantime, take some ibuprofen, pamprin, or midol to calm down the pain. Good luck!

My guess is that the discomfort is from growing. I remember it being very uncomfortable.

During that time in my life I literally ran into a wall and OMG it hurt so bad it brought tears to my eyes.

Try leaving your bra on and make sure it gives you good support.

It never hurts to tell your Mom or other adult woman in your life about these things, cause you know what she has been through it also.

wear loose fitting bra
do not eat acidic foods during periods.
do regular aerobic and heavy breathing exercises..
take hot water baths every night before sleep.

You are too young to feel worried for booblines and heights... Do not fall prey to any medications advertised or on recommendations of dogooders..

I suggest you tell your Mom and not hide this. I use to get fibriods in my boobs and they hurt so bad!! Expecially when I was drinking a lot of sodas or eating chocolate. better to go to the doctor and get it checked out. No need to hide things.

Your body is just getting ready for your period...try taking Ibuprofen or some other pain reliever...if that doesn't work then you should talk to your mom or someone close about it

Your breast may be sore for awhile before and after your period.

Sexually active?
Could also be a sign of pregnancy. Get tested asap!!
