It must have been from the 80s or 90s. I guess it was science fiction/comedy. It was a kid movie, about a boy who meets with two aliens. Its a brother and sister and the kid thinks they are adults. I don't remember much about the movie but in the end the brother and sister get busted by their parent, who is way bigger than them, for 'steeling the car'. Theres one point where the brother says 'its the stuff that dreasm are made out of'. The aliens watch a lot of TV and they say TV and movie quotes all the time. I think the main character has a crush on a girl at school. Thats really all I can remember.
