Caller: "Can you give me the telephone number for Jack?"
Operator: "I'm sorry, sir, I don't understand who you are talking about."
Caller: "On page 1, section 5, of the user guide it clearly states that I need to unplug the fax machine from the AC wall socket and telephone Jack before cleaning. Now, can you give me the number for Jack?"
Operator: "I think it means the telephone plug on the wall."

My boyfriend and I moved into a house recently and want to decorate our walls. Where can I find cool artwork that fits our age group? We are in our 20's and are open minded about any kind of art work. Any ideas where to shop for cheap, or any pieces that are mass produced that would look good in our house?

hooked like a group of resistors except instead of a resitor holding the parallel position furthest from the terminal, a simple length of copper was in its place, completing a resistance free loop between the terminals for electricity to travle. Will less electricity travel through the resistors now as a result? Will no electricity travel?

I make about 400k a year as a personal escort in southern california. I work 3 nights a week and am always paid cash. I have been putting the money in safes because im worried about depositing it into a bank account that the IRS can track. But I need to start investing all the cash in real estate, savings, stock, IRA's, etc. But I know everyone will wonder where I got this much cash and the IRS will come knocking. I dont know how much I could get away with depositing every month into bank accounts or how much I should claim on my taxes without paying a ton to the government. Any ideas???

I've been looking through Answers , and I also know people that engage in this: People who are married, who go out to bars, clubs, strip clubs, and bachelor parties, whether together or seperately. Call me old fashioned, but I can't imagine my husband going out all night to some club with his friends! Don't get me wrong, we each get out "me" time: I'llgo shopping with my friends, while he goes to play golf with his friends, but I can't imagine going to a club, while my husband is going to watch strippers! I've always thought of the bar/club scene as somewhere to get drunk and hook up, I guess because thats how it worked before I met my husband. And as for strip clubs...I think if my husband wants to look at a naked woman, it should be me! My husband and I both agree on this. We're together every night, there is no "I'm hittin up the club with my boys". What does anyone else think? How do you feel about living the single life while your married?

I have one but not till I had a lengthy discussion on it's cons with my mom. I love mine, and I don't think it's fair that people associate negative traits and behavior with those that chose to have one. However, I am curious as to why people do make judgements and what people with tattoos have to say about it. Honesty is good, it's a free place to express ideas..☺

A married couple went to the hospital to have their baby delivered. Upon their arrival, the doctor said he had invented a new machine that would transfer a portion of the mother's labor pain to the father. He asked if they were willing to try it out. They were both very much in favor of it. The doctor set the pain transfer to 10% for starters, explaining that even 10% was probably more pain than the father had ever experienced before. But as the labor progressed, the husband felt fine and asked the doctor to go ahead and kick it up a notch. The doctor then adjusted the machine to 20% pain transfer. The husband was still feeling fine. The doctor checked the husband's blood pressure and was amazed at how well he was doing. At this point they decided to try for 50%. The husband continued to feel quite well. Since the pain transfer was obviously helping out the wife considerably, the husband encouraged the doctor to transfer ALL the pain to him.
