true science? Science is 'knowledge'. "If it can be done, then just do it"

However, I believe that if we pursued true science nothing would be off limits. I believe the existence of human subjects review boards, moral/ethical concerns makes us uncomfortable practicing true science. Agree or Disagree? Explain answer.

my brother did an experiment at school about a candle that u put it in a vase of water (the candle is lighted), then u put a tube on the candle, after a while the candle lights off ( no oxegen), and the waterlevel rises. So my question is: Why the water level rises a little after that the candle stops burning??

I just got a kitten three days ago and he already coming out of my bed to play, but it is only while me and my husband are around. My brother has 12 years old and he thinks the kitten doesn’t like him because it hides once he shows up to our room what can I do to help the kitten like my brother?? There's a group of us that have been friends for over 20 yrs. (we're all about 34).1 guy (married 3 yrs.) has just recently found out that his wife had a really serious 5 month affair.She ended it 2 months ago & talked to the other guy up until 4 wks ago.She also said she loved the other guy up until 4 wks ago. She was ready to leave husband but decided at the last minute to try & save their marriage.They're both in counseling but not in counseling together.She got an apartment in Dec. & hasn't technically moved back in to their house.As his friends,we're trying to be supportive but don't trust her at all.He makes a ton of money.We're also trying to look out for his best interest. He has begun to say that he's not sure that he wants this.We,as hs friends, have reserved our opinion that he should end it & find someone who will really love him. What he doesn't know is that she has been unfaithful to him 3 times,in varying degrees (including this). Do you think he should end this?

I just want to let you know that my wife is a very religous women who has brought Jesus Christ into our lives. She is also a person and very banal.

When I left for work yesterday morning, my wife asked me what I wanted to have for dinner later that evening. Even though he is nearly 8 months pregnant, I didn't want to shortchange myself on the meal, so I asked for a full spaghetti meal with special sauce and a couple of different sides. I'm worth it.

So I get home from work after a long and emotionally draining day, and I find pizza on the table!!!???

I guess my precious wife was too tired from being pregnant all day to get up and make some pasta for me.

I'm a great catch, and this is just wrong!

She prepared a dish for me and brought it to me along with a beer. She started to talk to me about her day, but I couldn't respond. My eyes were watering and I was choked up.

I even notice my girlfriend will do this on occasion some nights as well when we are "working late". I ask for the steak medium well, and she burns the heck out of it. It's a personal affront.

Why did she go against my word like this?

I have these dark areas around my mouth and people notice them. I don't know if it has something to do with smiling, but the spots are darker in the corners of my smile. Does it indicate something? Or is it nothing to worry about? And is there anyway to take care of these darker areas without a cover-up?
