Absolutely the only reason to run really fast is to bring someone a lighter! I cn think of no other reason for fast running

If you're outside at night to get something out of the car and get freaked out and run real fast to the door.

I dont reallly get it this question what you mean? you first warm up and then you get the stamina, then you run fast because you enjoy it or you want to win. why? or have fun
