The idea is to use your weaknes(es) as strengths. For example:
"Sometimes I like to do too much, so I pay attention to pace myself so as to not become overextended."
"I like to help others a lot, so I have to hold myself back sometimes from taking on other's tasks."

I dread this question myself and it has changed drastically over the years. As much as you walk into an interview prepared this always comes off as an on the spot question. You can be brutally honest (I need to work on intimidation by superiors, etc.) or vaguely honest (I have trouble working in groups, etc.). You have to guage the interviewer and your possible place of employement first of course. Sometimes beign brutally honest about your flaws works best because companies don't want to hire a cocky person for the position and other times (though I have yet to encoutner this myself) the question is a fluke and they want someone who feels confident in all areas of their employement history to take the reigns and go. Good luck and don't stress.

Never say that something is your weakness, just state "I've been working on" and state how you have improved on some issue. Don't say you have a weakness at all, just something you've made an effort to improve.

I'd like to know what a good answer is too! its seems to be one of those questions that either make you look bad if you admit say your not organized and have a big ego if you say you are a perfectionist. i usually answer something like "i have trouble saying no-but that can backfire on you too!
