You could also try a web site that saves bookmarks. yahoo has such as a service, where you can import/export bookmarks to and from computers.

Easy, you have to copy them from your old computer. Click My Computer, "C", Documents and Settings. Open the folder with your name, usually the bottom one. There you will see the "Favorites" folder. All ya gotta' do is copy it to what ever medium you wish, and then past it into the same place on the new machine.
