Where are the protests, where is the support for the troops, where is the media coverage? Is it just me or do Americans not give one darn about the war in Iraq? We have around-the-clock coverage of Paris Hilton in jail but no one cares about this war on either side of the issue. People in Italy care more than we do, did you see those protests over there? Will we ever open our eyes and care or will we remain an ignorant nation until our demise? There is more passion over global warming than over a war where our brothers and sisters are dying. How can we ever hope to patch up the conflict when we just don't seem to care?

keep the phone calls, emails and faxes going! It's not over yet. Is this issue important enough for you to continue protesting?

Just take a look at this article. It prooves that "being green" is a political issue is not based in fact. Do you really want to have these environmentalist wako's running our country?

"US researchers have for the first time injected human stem cells into monkeys with Parkinson's symptoms, seen as a key step in the fight to find a cure. The stem cells, which have been injected into rodents in the past, initially stopped the monkeys' damaged brain cells from deteriorating." --BBC news

There is a family of kittens next door that I would like to keep 1 or 2 of them. how do i get them to trust me? i have started putting out bowls of milk to get them to come over, what else can i do?

The mother is with them, and since I'm normally a dog person and have never owned a cat, I have no idea of the age. They are still nursing

before anyone asks :-) i know they're not my neighbors cats because he moved out months ago due to illness. no one lives there now.

Have been denied opiates due to potential for abuse. I have found sites for foreign scripts, but since it is a question of legality in the states, I prefer not to use this as my first choice.

Our marriage was over because of his addictions, and his final affair. Of the 20 years it lasted, 15 were so wonderful as to be off the scale ....., and the last three, in the depths of alcohol, depression and indifference... We divorced as friends...I left the state, And then he was killed. I remain angry that he destroyed our marriage (he admitted that), and still so torn with grief. Counseling hasn't helped, neither have anti-depressants... It has been two years... Does it ever end? Any suggestions?

My hubby's niece is 23. She is staying the summer with us and taking a summer class. She is sleeping in the guest room, which is also the study room. She has downloaded things on our computer, changed several settings on the computer including the font size on the internet (which I don't know how to change it back to what it was), and changed the wallpaper on the computer (which was a picture of our son) to plain blue.

I would not go to someone's house and do these things. I think it is rude. Hubby thinks nothing of it. Am I over reacting? I have not said anything to her, but it bothers me.
