The pavers themselves are about $1 sq ft and up.

A friend in construction gave me this tip for a ROUGH guess on how much it would cost to have something built. Add up the cost of the materials, multiply x 2 and that is how much it will cost for labor.

Example:
Material = $100
Labor - 100 x 2 = $200
Total $100 Material $200 Labor = $300.

It depends on what kind of job this is and how involved and detailed it is.

Depends on if you are hiring it done or doing it yourself. I paid under $2 each for 16x16x2" pavers at Walmart. Then you need enough sand to lay a good base.
