the housewife may be dominant i think (and yes i am being sincere with tis and truthful and earnest) because i truly believe that men love sex. however to get sex the man has to do what the woman would like him to do becausenshe has to feel satisfied. for instance if she has the yard to clean because he didnt do it that's going to be on her mind at bede time. also she really does alot. cleaning a house isnt as easy as the movies make it and all the 'swifters' and 'magic erasers' still dont mean you can wave it around and the house becomes clean some one has to get down and do it. taking care of children isnt a simple task also, then there is the groceries to be bought and the pet to be fed...housewives do not have it easy.
but at the end of the day it depends on the husbands personality

That depends on personalities but house wives are VERY influential with there husbands. My wife didn't work outside of the home yet she has lead a major role in decision making. It's more of a team type of situation than a dominant one though.

It's certainly possible, I'm sure many men have stories of controlling, dominant women.

As far as my views go... some people, regardless of sex, are always dominant in relationships while others seem to always be controlled. It really depends on the individuals personality and how they were raised. For better or worse.

I guess some women feel dominant b/c they take care of the house-that's their domain-cooking, cleaning, establishing order. If children are involved, dominating over them all day adds to that feeling. Some women are not. They still think in terms of 'man of the house' if he is the only source of income. Depends on the personalities involved.

They want to show off that they are always superior to men. Actual reason is they want an assurance from the husband that they are wanted in the house. To keep their existence they behave like this. But heart to heart I tell U they are always scared of their husband's and behaviour , activities, argument etc. That is the reason they want to be always dominate their husbands. It all depends on presonality. If you dislike the fact that you feel dominated, it is time to sit down and have a talk. It needs to be a very carefully worded, and well planned talk, but a talk needs to be had. Man and Wife are supposed to walk hand in hand, as equals.

I think most probably it is because of the amount of free time they have.
Or maybe slowly, they feel out of place with the society and, therefore need more attention from their hubby as a form of security.
Or it could also be that life has become so boring that they are just making a fool of their husband as a kind of entertainment to herself which, she can brag proudly and happily to her 'housewives' gang at their next 'happy-hour' meeting.... Well...who knows....

What else access does she have other than u? She stays home all day & don't even have a single fly to talk to. If u come home... u mean the world to her. May be she talks or expects little more from u. Y do u grumble?

Quit ur job & exchange ur postions... u will understand the pain

???

It doesn't seem this way.

Perhaps if you explained why it seems this way to you, we might have something to say.

People are not all identical to each other.

In general, dominant people tend to marry less dominant people, and vice versa.

Sometimes the dominant person is the man, sometimes the woman.
