This sequence of error lights is NOT covered in the user guides.
The lights indicate that the printers internal counters have reached a point where the excess ink wells in the rear of the printer are probably full. If you are still in warranty, Epson will exchange your printer.
If there is no warranty and you want to do it yourself you need to open the printer and rinse the ink soaked pads with water. (Wear gloves and old clothes.) Then download some counter reset software (www.ssclg.com) and you are back in the printing business.

It means RT(F)M. If you don't have a manual, get one from the maker's website.
