Of coursethey would be different. They would be shaped like donuts or clams, round with a hole in the middle. Same as all street lamps, hydro poles, writing implements, pretty much any phallic shaped item that is inherent of a patriarchal society. Clams and donuts the world over.

Probably it would be better run and the military provided with equipment that works and not paid for at exorbitant prices.
No better person to get the job done than a woman.
