A week ago, I read that Paris Hilton is going to jail. A few days ago, I read that Paris reported for her sentence. Yesterday, I read that she's out of jail, and wearing the ankle bracelet. Today, I read that she might go back because of a bureaucratic squabble.
Wasn't it 10-11 years ago that this same justice system let O.J. Simpson go free? I'm not pointing fingers, I'm just curious...

My boyfriend of 3 years lives in Colorado and is finally driving down here to Maryland in July to spend some time with me. He is only 18 though and I was curious to know if you have to at LEAST be 21 to book a hotel reservation in Maryland. Lastnight him and I were looking at hotels online at "hotwire.com" and it asked for the primary's name which said they must be 21 years old with proper ID at check-in...Any answers??? Thanks <3

If water is good for you then how come humans aren't gentically/biologically/whatever programmed to enjoy drinking it, and enjoy its taste? I know water is tasteless but why doesnt the body give a signal when drinking water to encourage you to do so, e.g. endorphin/hormone release? I myself hate the taste of water but only drink it because I have to.

I have just dumped girlfriend but I still have feeling for her. She cheated on me twice with different guys so I kicked her out. In those two occasions she cheated, she blamed me that I was not giving her enough attention.

She told me that she felt ignored so she cheated maker her feel better. This is probably true because sometimes I'm very busy working and work some night shifts. She doesnt work at the moment so she has plenty of time to hang around while I'm sleeping. She had lot of affections towards me and still says she loves me.

I have the same feeling to her but I'm a bit unsure about her argument. Does girls cheat to seek attention from their partners or is just an excuse to justify their cheating behaviour?

Because of the feeling I have for this girl, I was thinking of asking her back and give her the full attention she is craving for but I'm also thinking she might cheat again despite the attention. Any opinion or experience please?

I've seen a lot of documentaries/etc. about HUGE people who are putting away over 15000 calories a day. Some of them work out to $200 a DAY in food bills. My question is, how can you afford to eat that much? Especially when they're usually home-bound and can't work?

My friend was talking about his dog and said "if you can afford to keep him drunk all the time he'd be your best friend" and my father in law said "Hell! If I could afford to keep myself drunk all the time, I'd be my own best friend!" Hilarious or what!

So many Britons these days moan about their country. Why? Really why? Tony Blair blah blah blah... Most people who complain about politics don't vote so aren't entitled to an opinion!

Some complain about the weather. Is it a problem that we don't have tornadoes? Or earthquakes? Or tsunamis? Infact we've had quite warm weather in recent years.

Is poverty a problem? No, it is in other modern countries like the US. Infact poor in Britain means you go on the dole and get a council house, damn what a kick in the teeth.

I personally am proud to be British, our achievements. There isn't a continent we haven't reached (or invaded). Our language is the most important on earth. Our military (both past and present) is amazing. We invented hard work (i.e. the industrial revolution) and it paid off. I hope one day the Great British public can wave the Union Flag with pride again.

The question is what happened to British pride in your opinion?

My hubby and I have been married 4 years. We have no kids and have been trying for almost a year. He's taking medicine for depression for PTSD/anxiety/epilepsy due to a severe head injury a couple of years ago. (Problems have stemmed from adding an anti-depressant recently.)

Anyhow, we've tried about 10 different medications, but each had the same side effect. ** TMI WARNING **He is able to get an erection but unable to ejaculate. I know it's nothing else, because the problems start day 1 of taking the medicine. Then we would stop it, wait a week, and try another medicine. Same thing- first day, same problem. He is so hypersensitive to medications, and gets a lot of side affects.

I just lost my father, and my mother committed suicide in '03 after a decade long battle with M.S. A baby would really fill a void inside of me and would complete our family. It's been all I can think of for almost a year now.

Should this requirement apply to the U.S. work force as well? During working hours that is? Your thoughts on this.

Hi, my almost 12 month old daughter is not eating as much as she used to. She used to love fruit: bananas, kiwies, strawberries, etc., but now she won´t eat any of these. For breakfast she only has about 5 cheerios and nothing else. She just keeps her mouth closed after these 5 cheerios. She won´t take anything from the spoon either...She is still drinking 24 oz. of formula each day and that is not a problem. She looks healthy and has a lot of energy otherwise. Did you have similar experiences? Is this just a phase? Thanks in advance!
