get a piece of copper pipe and place one end over the burn hole, hit the other end with a hammer, pull out the round piece of carpet you from pipe, do the same again on a spare piece of carpet, or if you havent any spare carpet,, use some from under the bed or settee, swop over the pieces of carpet and fix back into position with double sided tape.

If you have scrap pieces of the carpet left over then you can use double sided tape to repair the burn holes.

You can hire a professional to re-weave your carpet in those spots.
