My boyfriend of 3 years lives in Colorado and is finally driving down here to Maryland in July to spend some time with me. He is only 18 though and I was curious to know if you have to at LEAST be 21 to book a hotel reservation in Maryland. Lastnight him and I were looking at hotels online at "hotwire.com" and it asked for the primary's name which said they must be 21 years old with proper ID at check-in...Any answers??? Thanks <3

It depends on the specific hotel - sometimes it's 18 and sometimes it's 21. I would check with the specific hotel and make sure what their rule is. Also I don't think they check TOO carefully - it's not like buying alcohol, it's not a specific law it's just the individual hotel's policy, so as long as you look responsible then they probably won't check.

It probably depends on the hotel's policies. It would vary from hotel to hotel.
