When I was lad, roads were for vehicles and pavements for pedestrians because if you mix the two, pedestrians got hurt. So they use to teach you at school how to cross a road, and even pointed out to use a pedestrian crossing. Nowadays, vehicles are penilised because some one tries to run across and gets hurt. Am I getting cynical?

I am a cook/waitress and am on my poor feet all day with no breaks! I need a comfy shoes. My heels always hurt. I currently wear Crocs with supportive insoles. No help!

is the thought of there NOT being a god scary to you?

My b/f and i have been dating for awhile and he dropped the love bomb when he was on his way of drunkness. he said he was scared to tell me how he felt cuz he thought that i would push back off of him. with all the news surrounding Big Brother at the moment I wondered what people thought of this..

On a Big Brother forum people were saying black people can refer to each other by this term but if a white person says it then it is offensive..

Is the N word offensive?

If the word is offensive surely no one should be using it regardless of skin colour..

Is it OK for black people to use the word and NOT OK for white people..

Should everyone wipe this word from thier volcabulary?

Personally it is not a term I ever use but the discussion earlier has me thinking

If I enter another person's email account without his permission although he give me the password and I deleted some emails related to myself. And we were friends at that time, it was 3 months ago. But now we kind of had some fighting, and he used this to threat me. He said I intruded his privacy. I want to know the statute of limitation on this kind of cases, how long does he have the right to sue me or can potentially harm me? by the way, his email account is his university's email account,he is a student of that university. Although he gave me the password, but I still think I will get trouble if he really sue me. what kind of law applies to this in Canada and how long the law applies from the time the incident happened? why is it that you believe in a savior that came 2k years ago??

wasnt that back when if you had a sexual disease they would cathaterize your p**is with a hot poker?? or if you got pneumonia they would stick leeches on you?? no wait that was only 200 years ago.
