These are 2 very different players who have their own strengths ans shortcomings.
True, LeBron is less aggressive and intense than Kobe. He kind of panics in crunch time (Game 5 of the Pistons series was certainly an exception). No one matches Kobe's focus and intensity and resilience. It is undeniable that no other player works as hard as he does.
In some ways, LeBron is a more likeable person, though. He doesn't lose his temper the way Kobe does, and he seems to be a more approachable individual. He has a quiet charisma and a softspoken yet powerful leadership. Just look at how much be brings out of his mediocre supporting cast. I also love how he even does enormous amounts of community service in cities where people make fun of him when he plays there. At times it seems like Kobe is all about "an eye for an eye." Aggression is simply not in LeBron's nature.
So all in all, let's just accept and appreciate Kobe and LeBron for who they are and let God be the judge.

Kobe bryant is a career 44% shooter from the field ,yeah killer instic.Did u not watch lebron against the pistons in game 5, he had 29 of the final 30 points and Kobe is not anywhere near Micheal Jordan ,neither is lebron and neither should be compared to The Great Micheal AIR Jordan. Kobe won the championships he won cuz of shaq ,he hasnt done **** since ,but get to the first round and fold. So dont tell me kobe is better then lebron or Jordan cuz he doesnt hold a candle to either ,peace out and stop sucking on kobe

Lebron is 4 or 6 years....i forgot, younger than Kobe and is leading his team into this years Finals, Kobe lost in the first round. The only time Kobe has won a title is with Shaq....So basically Lebron can do it on his own, Kobe needs some assistants to make it to the Finals.

and the answer is they are both egotistical players that dismantle franchises.
i cant beleive kobe demanded to be traded, then backtracked, then demanded to be traded again, and then changed his mind one more time.....all in a 5 day period. What is this guy in elementary school? Dude needs to learn how to respect his teammates.

ok Kobe is not more of a killer than Jordan and even Kobe admits that. But James has a lot of talent and got his team past the Pistons basically by himself. The Lakers talkent is really not that much worse than the Cavs and Kobe is crying at home trying to be traded.

you know that comparisons are going to be drawn between two great players. simple as that. lebron is just as good as kobe and has a much better attitude and less selfish.
