Well i want to be Emo for Halloween(No affence if you are Emo). Anything you know about this subject is appreciated.
I think that there is a new law that no longer lets you in from, say, Tijuana with only your ID card and birth certificate anymore.. you have to have a passport starting this new year? To enter the US from anywhere? Please, any information that you have on this would be helpful. Also, anyone know appx. how much a passport would cost and how I would go upon getting one? Thanks.
