Mark 13:32, RS: “Of that day or that hour no ones knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.” (Of course, that would not be the case if Father, Son, and Holy Spirit were coequal, comprising one Godhead. And if, as some suggest, the Son was limited by his human nature from knowing, the question remains, Why did the Holy Spirit not know?

The concept of the trinity was not only not believed by the Israelites, It was also not a Christian teaching. The origin of the trinity is steeped in false religion, and has no place in true worship.

Jesus is the son of God. Yes he is "a god" just like at men and angels are referred to as gods in certain scriptures in the bible. Even Satan is referred to as "the god of this system of things" see 1 Corinthians 4:4) However they are not the Almighty God. There is only one Supreme God. He has a son named Jesus who was with him for many years prior to his being sent to the earth. The bible says Jesus learned obedience from the things he suffered.(see Hebrews 5:8). If he and his father are the same, co-equal, and co-existent as that particular teaching insists, then why would he need to be obedient to his father? It would be entirely impossible and make no sense.

It doesn't matter what the majority of people believe. What's important is the truth. The majority used to believe that the earth was flat. The entire Bible should be read. Not trying to make the whole Bible fit with a couple of mis-translated, or misunderstood scriptures but trying to make the mis-translated scripture fit with the entire rest of the bible.

All true believers in the Bible are aware that it is God's Word. The Bible is harmonious with itself from cover to cover. If the trinity doctrine is true, then the Bible is renderred unbelievable because now it contradicts itself. For instance: if Jesus is God, then how can that thought harmonize with John 10:36, where Jesus told his enemies: "I am God's son"? If Jesus is equal to to his Father, how does that agree with John 14:28 where Jesus said: "My Father is GREATER than I am"? If Jesus is God, how does that harmonize with John 1:18, where it says that "NO man has seen God at ANY time"? How can you reconcile Jesus being God with 1 Tim. 2:5 where it states that "there is one God and one mediator BETWEEN God and men, a man Christ Jesus"? If Jesus is God, how does that agree with John 3:16, where it says that God so loved the world that he gave his only-begotten son"?

Can you see the problem? The trinity does not agree with the Bible. At times it says things that are directly opposite of what the Bible really says. The bottom line is that the trinity doctrine is a lie. No true Christian can accept the trinity and still worship Jehovah with "spirit and truth."

Most Christian denominations believe in the Trinity. That is, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost are three persons in one being.

Jesus preached by example. He prayed as an example of how we should pray. Jesus is both the Son of God and God for those who believe in the Trinity.

The passage from Mark 13:32 refers to a cultural practice of that time. When young people were betrothed to each other, it was the father of the groom who determined when the time was right for the actual wedding to take place. The bride nor the groom nor any of the guests knew when the wedding would be. Only the father of the groom knew because it was his decision. When he thought that the bride had learned enough housekeeping and the groom was mature enough, he would call for the actual wedding. This was an example to demonstrate a more complex concept in terms that the people of time would understand.

Christians are by definition followers of Christ. Jesus is Christ. Christ is God. Therefor Jesus is God.

No, they do not. They WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND the Divine Plurality that we can find in the Sciptures because they have got an APOCRYPHAL BOOK , not a Bible. They fool people making them believe that Trinitarians believe in 3 gods i a person, but that is a lie, and that make them TOO ignorants. The Father and the Son and their Spirit ARE NOT a person, but it 3 persons (NOT 1 ) in a being, this does NOT mean 3 persons in 1 person The Trinity is like our body our being is composed by the body, the spirit and the soul, and the body is not the spirit, the body isnt the soul, the spirit is not the soul and vice versa. This so EASY, and they WILL NEVER understand because they haven't the Spirit of God _______________________________________... Jesus is the ALMIGHTY GOD because he has the same nature of the father, the same imagine of his being (Hebrews 1:3) Hebrews 1:3 New International Version (NIV) 3 The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. Revelation 1:8 New International Version (NIV) 8 “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty.” Revelation 22:13 New International Version (NIV) 13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. The way I see it, as a brought up Catholic with a different spin on things, that the father son and holy spirit are the same, but split so as to do different tasks. God's task is to oversee, protect, and do general administration. Jesus's task is to gather the human flock to worship and hopefully be better to each other for it, and the holy spirit is in charge of miracles, saints, prayers, and all the miscelaneous stuff. But, that's just my private spin on things.

You must understand the Oneness of God to understand these questions. It is a huge study, not enough room here to write it all. Basically God is spirit and can not be seen. God came in the form or manifestation of Jesus Christ. Jesus was God in the body. There are many scriptures for this. Look in Rev. 22:13 in red letters Jesus says, I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.
Also in Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given and the government will rest on His shoulders. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. This verse is talking about Jesus.

The Bible is a "bible within a bible" meaning, somethings aren't ment to be taken litterally and some are or both. Our lord and savior Jesus Christ is but ONE GOD manifested into 3. The father, the Son, and the Holy spirit is all ONE GOD. Our savior said, " there is one thing i know not, and that-is another god".

I am penecostal. We believe this way. If you would like to learn more, Do a search on Neil Frisbey Ministries in Phoenix AZ. He is/was the prophet of our generation. I know it sounds crazy and cult-like but (with GOD as my witness) this man is the Rainbow Prophet!

And this just makes it more clear-

Mark 10:17-18
As he was setting out on a journey, a man ran up and knelt before him, and asked
him, "Good Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?" Jesus said to
him, "Why do you call me good? No one is good but God Alone.”

They went to a place called Gethsemane, and Jesus said to his disciples, "Sit here while I pray." He took Peter, James and John along with him, and he began to be deeply distressed and troubled. "My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death," he said to them. "Stay here and keep watch." Going a little farther, he fell to the ground and prayed that if possible the hour might pass from him. "Abba, Father," he said, "everything is possible for you. Take this cup from me. Yet not what I will, but what you will." (mark 14:32-36)

you dont pray to yourself and he said Only God was good.. he could have just agreed..makes me wonder

I presume that you are a JW so here we go. Isaiah 9:6 "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace. The Witnesses have two gods, a big one and a little one: an Almighty God - Jehovah and a mighty god Jesus Christ. Now, if you believe that there is only one true God - then who is Isaiah 9:6 speaking about - Mighty God, unto us a child is born, a son is given to us. So if Jesus is the person that is spoken in Isaiah 9:6 then I have to conclude that He is the true God. If not, then He is a false god. I will personally like to hear your views.
