There is one guy at my school that is perfect for me!I want to become his friend and then build up a relastionship with him.How do i start?

try to talk to him and let him get to know you . and once you talk to him you guys will become friends and the more you spent with him the some he knows youand maybe ask you on a date

You have to work your way in.
Not really jump in or irratate the hell out of him. Just start with small talk then move up to his likes and dis likes, then give him your email or get his dont call him too much and try to hang out even if its like the boredest thing in the world. Just be you and if he doesnt like you for you then u dont need him anyways.

seriously dont do the friend thing..you just end up one of the boys...go hard with the flirtations:)show him youre interested and if that doesnt work...then be friends:)
