I was suppose to get my period on Saturday and nothing yet, earlier today I saw a little bit of blood so I put in a tampon and took it back out an hour later but it only had a little bit of light brownish blood on it, I've been peeing all day long and haven't seen anymore blood since. They've told me it could be implantation bleeding, that could be your case.

Do you think you're pregnant? Either way take a test to make sure, because if you are you need to start seeing a doctor as you'd be about 2.5 months along.
Have you been under stress lately? Eating differently, either more or less? Because these are factors of missing a period.
Chances are that it is not implantation bleeding seeing how it usually happens around the time of your period. If you're still worried then see your doctor they'll be able to help you out more then us.
Good Luck!

Yes, you may have PCOS (Polycystic Ovaric Sindrome) http://www.4woman.gov/faq/pcos.htm

This happens to me too. It's nothing to worry about but you should visit a doctor as soon as you can. Good luck.
