Cooking your spinach first can kill the bacteria e. coli, If your really worried about it. I happen to know that e. coli wont normally kill you unless you are immune compremized. People who are sick already with HIV, elderly, or under 4, should be cautious when eating spinach raw. But I have been eating all along and all that happend was that I got diarrhea a few times.
Hysteria is more dangerous then spinach.
