i can't help you with the translations but i can give you a few hints that will probably help.

it's actually in japanese not chinese.

it is the chorus of a song by a filipino band / group called dice and k9. the title is itsumo. it's a nice song and it became really popular here in the philippines.

i'm not sure, but it's probably about love.
