due the different architecture and system between pc and mac, OS X cannot run on PC. it'll not work. the language is completely different. of course there's a few mac add on software can run on pc but that was totally different. operating system communicate directly with your hardware. OS X design to communicate with mac hardware not PC.

If the PC is x86 apple hardware you can use windows/linux/osx on it whithin licence restrictions. To use OSX on an genric x86 box you have to use versions that has the monopoly(ie Trusted Computing/DRM) checks removed, to find it google is your friend.

Nope. Mac OSs may only be run on Apple hardware. Even the new x86 kernel has that license restriction.
