So i'm going to a party and i plan to do a bit of drinking. However, i need to restrain myself as i don't want to get completely smashed. The whole friends show doesn't work, cause they are gone before me. I've never tried to limit myself, so i'm wondering if it works. I'm just trying to drink to the 'happy' stage.

okay,so my brother went camping and got poison ivy and was trying to give it to me. well it worked and now i have it all over my chest. what can i do to get rid of it without buying medication? or stop scratching it? its irritating me and i can't stand it. so...what should i do? only serious answers plz. i really need help and im not joking around

As professional Law enforcement Officers we need to be able to use torture like we always have in the good old days.

If we have a suspect, we need to be able to torture them by all means necessary in order to get them to confess the crimes that they have committed.

We want to make them give up their suppliers, tell us where they have the dope hidden.

Tell us what, where, and when they have committed crimes.

We need the public to support us in our endeavors to fight crime.

We want to stop everyone from smoking dope out there and we need the publics support to use torture.

We have been torturing suspects anyways but a lot of times it results in senseless lititation. We need the money to fight crime.

We need John Q. Publics Support to torture suspects on U.S. soil.

Will you support us, otherwise we'll keep doing it anyway and you the public will have to pay for the lawsuits anyways.

We're just trying to help the public.

While Saddam killed tens of thousands during the 70's and 80's, the Sudanese government is killing hundreds of thousands every year. The moral Christian thing would be to support Tutu's call for action to stop the genocide in Sudan, but the Republican government ignores the hundreds of thousands of deaths in the Sudan. Why don't we stop the killing today instead of wasting billions on the crimes committed decades ago?

Not moving to stop this slow moving holocaust in Darfur may become Bush's greatest shame in the future. Why does America ignore the atrocities of today in favor of crimes from yesterday?

How come I cannot find my soulmate? It's the only thing I've ver wanted my whole life was a family and my prince charming. God did make me half way pretty and I do believe in God Jehova, but I swear, sometimes I wonder how come God made life so hard for me and still yet so easy for others. I was born and raised in a household with an extremely abusive father. We moved to a new town when I was twelve, and my parents were always alot better at making enemies than friends. So, a lot of people in that town ended up not liking me based on decisions my parents made. My parents kicked me out of the house at 14 and I ended up in foster care where I bounced around from house to house until I was 17 and became emancipated. When I was 18 I met who I thought was my soulmate and stayed with him and lived with him until I was 22, then he ate 40 hits of LSD at one time and eventually blew his own brains out. Now I'm a 27 year old single mother with 2 great kids and no man, Why???????????????

By the title of the subject line, I specially mean the way most of the younger crowd seem to feel, basically those in middle school thru high school. I never really felt this way though school, but most of my peers did. The people that had enough "guts" to ditch school and drop out, or go off and drink/do something even more stupid, were typically the schools "cool" crowd.

Its actually pretty funny seeing as when I was in high school getting beaten the crap out of by the cool crowd I would always tell them that I'd rather be lame then end up a looser like they would...years later, most of the people that picked on me never graduated from high school, some are dieing from HIV (which was actually a pretty good laugh), and some are even in jail or prison.

So why exactly is being stupid/poor so cool?
