Sports bras are tight, however, if it does not interfere with your sleeping, it should be OK. Try those cute tank tops they sale in the pajama department with the support panel inside the top. They come in cute colors. I like wearing my pajamas at lease an hour before bed so they give you support in and out of bed and as I said they are cute, don't forget to buy the matching cute pajama pants. Good night, don't let the bed bugs bite !

I assume you mean while you sleep. I have heard that it actually can be bad for you because your lymph nodes need to train, and if you wear a bra 24/7, even just a sports bra, you will get fluid build up. If you really want to wear one at night (for whatever reason) it might be a good idea to consult with your obgyn and see what they suggest.

Since I'm...ummm, "well endowed" I almost always wear a bra at night. I'm too uncomfortable without one. As for whether or not it's bad for you, I really don't know. I've never had a problem from wearing one.

Not at all, unless they are tight and cutting off your circulation. I have to wear some type of support at night.
