I run active directory and when add a New user with name "Reza" report this :

Windows cannot creat object Reza because :
Unable to update password. The value provided for a new password does not meet the lenghtT complexity or history requarement of the domain

who can help me to fix this?

I always have a voice talking in my head...describing things (what I see, what I'm doing, etc.) explaining things (that I understand very well) in great detail as if explaining some new concept to another person(s)...I've assumed the voice to be my mind talking to itself but I've also always wondered if it was some kind of psychotic feature...What bothers me is that it seems to be like a second person within me speaking to the other...I do respond to what it says, sometimes even a deep coversation or arguement starts. Anybody know if that's abnormal or if it's just me being a dork talking to myself?

Looking at a picture of a path going through a forest or a road meandering across a country scene-- perhaps one shown traveling out across the desert- what is feeling or the meaning of that for you. Do you, --- or could you think about the road or path as a metaphor for your life. What would your path look like. Where would it be going. Say you have invented a new nanobot technology which, when injected, would cure any ailment. These tiny self replicating miniature robots would then start working on the rest of the body rejuvenating all systems. It is very possible for the recipient to live as many as 300 or more years. If the recipient is shot, stabbed, etc., these nanobots are so quick to fix the damage that there is no threat to life or limb.

What would you do?

Mass market and become a gajillionaire? Of course you just put an entire industry out of work. No need for doctors anymore, you just get a single injection when you are born and you are all set. Heck, if your mother had the injection, you may just inherit the nanobots.

Market to the very wealthy? $1 million per injection. That would just keep the creeps like rich politicians around and leave the rest to die naturally.

Keep it a secret for just close family members? How do you explain the use of your social security number for several hundred years? Hmmm.

Ok....this might seem overly simplistic....but here goes.

I have read that there is a definite link in femal hormones and lupus. I have lupus. I, also, need to have a hysterectomy....but, have been putting it off.

My question is.....could having the hysterectomy possibly help with the lupus. Because of the reduction/change in the hormones?
